  • What is your cancellation/reschedule/no show policy?

    In the event that you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask you to do so at least 12 hours in advance. You will be able to reschedule/cancel using the link in your appointment confirmation email up to 12 hours before the appointment. For no-shows, we have a 15 minute grace period, after which your spot will be given up to another, if you do not make it. We highly encourage you to arrive on time to enjoy your full DIY experience! ✿

  • How long is my reservation?

    For Decoden DIY crafts, your spot is reserved for 2 hours. For Moru Doll DIY and keychain/phone charm/bracelet appointments, your spot is reserved for 1 hour.

  • Do I have to book a reservation?

    Booking a reservation is generally recommended, as it can guarantee that you will have a spot at the time and date you prefer. However, we accept walk-ins as well. 

  • Do you accept cash?

    Sorry, we do not accept cash! We use Square for convenient and safe payments and are able to accept the following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Discover Diners, JCB, UnionPay International. 

  • Can I take my decoden creation home immediately?

    Yes. We provide you a box to store your creation in safely. Please be gentle with your box on your way home! ♡ Once home, set the box in a cool, dry place with the top open and allow the creation to dry for 5-7 days. 

  • Do I have to have prior knowledge and skills to come?

    No, not at all! ૮ • ﻌ - ა⁩ We provide a complimentary frosting tutorial for all decoden appointments, and if you choose to make your own Moru doll, we will provide a 1-on-1 tutorial to help you get situated. Please do not hesitate to ask for help!
